A new-build apartment scheme situated within a conservation area in a quiet cul-de-sac, south of Kensington High Street in London. We have coordinated the client brief, selected the design team and obtained planning consent for the replacement of an existing 20th century building to create five luxury apartments over basement to second floor level.
Designed by talented architects Rodić Davidson, the proposal takes key references from neighbouring properties, developing the existing rhythm of the street elevation, whilst providing a modern understanding of the surrounding Arts & Crafts heritage and the larger conservation area.

A private client project management role for the comprehensive refurbishment and remodelling of a Grade-I listed house with connected mews.
Our assignment commenced with the development of the client brief, selection & appointment of the consultant team, coordination of planning & listed building submissions and oversight of the design team.
We will lead the procurement and delivery of the construction and having coordinated the selection & appointment of a world class interior designer, we will manage the final fitting out.
The substantial refurbishment involves the excavation of a new basement and a complete re-build of the mews property, behind retained facades. The services and finishes will be completely remodeled throughout to create 15-bedroom suites, grand reception rooms, formal entertaining and dining spaces as well as family and staff accommodation.
The project which will create a 20,000 square foot private residence, is in the planning stage with construction scheduled to commence in Spring 2018.
